The trees hanging into the street have forced traffic to drive in the middle of the road, this is a huge safety issue.  The limbs that hang over the sidewalk have now forced pedistrians into the street as well-another huge safety issue.

If the trees are not trimmed to an adequate height  on both side by September 30, 2009, the association has agreed to do this for you.

 

Davey Tree will be around on or after Oct 1, 2009.  They will check the trees and make sure they are trimmed.  Davey Tree will do this for each owner for $7.50 per a tree.  They will trim the tree to an adequate height and remove all debris.
