Over the years the HOA has been battling Muskrats in the ponds.  If you live around a pond I am sure you are quite familiar with them.  Muskrats can be very distructive to pond banks and backyards.  They do like to tunnel under the ground and can cause huge holes in the common ground.  We would like to remind owners that if you see them on your pond please contact Robin Guyon with Ardsley Management.
