We have noticed several violations and have been sending letters to neighbors on a regular basis.   If violations are not taken care of in a certain time frame we will forward them to the HOA attorney to take neccessary actions. The HOA is prepared to ensure property values by pursing neighbors for not following the Covenants and Restrictions for Sandstone HOA.
