| Muskrats |

Over the years the HOA has been battling Muskrats in the ponds. If you live around a pond I am sure you are quite familiar with them. Muskrats can be very distructive to pond banks and backyards. They do like to tunnel under the ground and can cause huge holes in the common ground. We would like to remind owners that if you see them on your pond please contact Robin Guyon with Ardsley Management. |

| Just a Few Reminders... |

We have noticed several violations and have been sending letters to neighbors on a regular basis. If violations are not taken care of in a certain time frame we will forward them to the HOA attorney to take neccessary actions. The HOA is prepared to ensure property values by pursing neighbors for not following the Covenants and Restrictions for Sandstone HOA.
