Curb Tree-Removal

We have heard from several residents that JT Tree Removal is also in the neighborhood doing tree removals and stump grindings.  We have heard that they are about $50.00 to 75.00 cheaper then Davey Tree.

Just a Few Reminders...

We have noticed several violations and have been sending letters to neighbors on a regular basis.   If violations are not taken care of in a certain time frame we will forward them to the HOA attorney to take neccessary actions. The HOA is prepared to ensure property values by pursing neighbors for not following the Covenants and Restrictions for Sandstone HOA.

If you are in need of a new mailbox please contact Sign House at 523-7301.  Let them know which section you live in and they will have pricing for you.  ALl mailboxe colors, lettering and style are to be consistent with your section.

This Spring and Summer the HOA worked with Davey Tree to offer a program for the residents of Sandstone HOA.  We are in the process of reviewing how many neighbors are taking advantage of this program at this time...

Community Newsletter

Have you missed receiving your newsletters in mailbox?  The company the HOA uses for the newsletter is now doing them online.  If you would like to view the website you can use this link to view them. If you would like to receive them directly in your email in box-make sure and register to receive them.  Make sure and note the access code when registering fo the newsletter.  The code is 75710836.

Annual Night Out
Saturday, August 23rd, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Brook School Park
The HOA will be hosting the Annual Night again on Saturday, August 23.   The Ridge and Crossing will be located at Duane Kamminga's home at 11529 Litttle Rock Crt. 
The Woods, Lakes, Meadows, Knoll & Village will be located at Brook School Park. 
The HOA will provide pizza and water.
We ask neighbor to bring your own chairs or blankets to sit on.

Fall Community Garage Sale
Friday, September 5th to Saturday, September 6th, 8 am to ? at Sandstone HOA
Don't forget the Annual Fall Garage sale is right around the corner. The HOA will supply the signs and advertising.
